The 'Villas' is a condominium community located in an area with abundant greenery including areas of natural protected wetlands and 3 ponds. The community consists of 35 buildings, including: 136 family homes (4 per building); a community center with large meeting room, and exercise room; and a heated swimming pool.
V.C.W. (The Villas at Canterbury Woods) is situated within the corporate limits of Westerville, Ohio. When a community like Westerville calls itself a “City Within a Park,” you know there’s a true dedication to parks and recreation. With more than 650 acres of parkland, 18,000 trees, 51 miles of trails and four premier facilities (including an expanded 145,000 square foot community center) Westerville lives up to this vision. "County Line Road" (where the Community Center is located) runs in an east/west direction just south of The Villas Condominiums. The road's name matches it's location following the boundry line between Franklin and Deleware Counties.
Services for Police and Fire Protection, Emergency Medical Services, and School systems are provided via the highly rated and award winning departments of The City of Westerville. All city services are open to the residents of VCW. Residents of V.C.W. and Westerville are offered discounted admission/membership rates for the fitness room and track, gymnasium, indoor pool, outdoor pool complex, and programming within the large Community and Senior Centers.

*** PIZZA NIGHT!!*** WHERE: Clubhouse. WHEN: Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:30 PM COST: Cost is $7.00 per person. MENU: Pizza, Salad, Cookies are provided. Bring your own beverage of choice. Ice water provided. Please R.S.V.P. to Diana Tupps at (614) 882-3722 by Sat. May 18th. Also will need cancellations by Sat. May 18th. An accurate count of attendees is needed so we have enough pizza. Another email will be coming later. Hope to see you there. Thanks, The Social Committee Kaffee Klatche: (a.k.a. COFFEE KLATCHE) Come to the Clubhouse, meet and relax with others in the community. Make some new friends and say 'hello' to those you haven't seen recently. Enjoy some Coffee, Tea, Bagels, Doughnuts & Discussion! Usually held the first Saturday of the month, the next 2 will be: June 1st, 2024 9:00 AM at Clubhouse Bagels, coffee, doughnuts, coffee cake, and tea. Please contribute a minimum of $1.00 or more per person to provide for the cost of the baked goods, coffee, tea, creamer and other supplies.
